Before being a partner of the Amsterdam-based De Architekten Cie. he worked for various architecture firms in Zagreb, following his graduation from the University of Zagreb. Together with Pero Puljiz he received an honourable mention for their design for the Contemporary Art Museum in Zagreb and in 2003 they won the international competition for the Cultural and Administrative Complex in Montreal, Canada. Their work ranges from detached houses and housing projects to large offices and mixed-use projects. The office has 50 employees and five partners. After having founded A2M in 2000, the architect Sebastian Moreno-Vacca (graduated from Saint-Luc Brussels) rapidly began to concentrate and specialize in the construction of sustainable buildings and in feasibility studies for large scale developments. Trained and qualified in Paris at the Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture, Stéphanie Ledoux also trained at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. After working with Peter Eisenman from 1984 to 1992, the architect Renato Rizzi, graduated in Venice in 1977, returned to Italy to devote himself to design, teaching - he is a professor at IUAV (Venice) - and research. For him, these three fields of action are closely linked. Actually his theoretical commitment aims to open technical and scientific knowledge to metaphysical knowledge as the essential horizon of architecture. Created in 2007, ONZ Architects may be considered as one of the most innovative and successful architecture offices presently in Turkey. Its founder, Onat Öktem (1982) graduated from the Middle East Technical University-Faculty of Architecture, in Ankara, before pursuing his masters at the Delft University Architecture Faculty, in the Netherlands.
